For the past decade, Dr. Hall has been an invaluable contributor to the Volunteer Health Program in the Dominican Republic. She has donated her time annually to perform strabismus surgeries for adults and children of all ages, restoring proper eye alignment and improving their quality of life. On every mission, she shares her exceptional expertise and skills to expand access to high-quality ophthalmic care for communities most in need. 

Volunteer Health Program is a nonprofit health care program which focuses on primary medical, surgical eye care and dermatological care to under-served rural areas in the Dominican Republic. It is an integrated program offering high-quality and accessible eye care to our Latin American neighbors. An essential part of our support is to work in a close partnership with those who live or work in the region we are serving.
